Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the sion88 website accessible at https://sion88.cam and any associated mobile applications or services operated by sion88.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and whose account remains active and in good standing.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member to access the Platform's betting, casino, and gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account, comprising real-money funds, bonus funds (where applicable), and pending withdrawal amounts.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, numbers draw, or other outcome made available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by sion88 subject to applicable wagering requirements as described in Clause 6.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by sion88 before withdrawal requests can be approved.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah (Rp), the sole currency in which Account Balances and transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or by sion88's own access-control policies.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules posted on the Platform, all of which form part of the agreement between you and sion88.

Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on sion88, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active.
2. Be a natural person acting in your own individual capacity. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
3. Not be residing in, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly illegal under applicable national law.
4. Have the full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement of this nature.
5. Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of sion88 or any of its affiliated companies or technology partners.
6. Not be self-excluded from the Platform under any prior voluntary or Platform-initiated self-exclusion arrangement.

sion88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement — whether discovered at registration or at any subsequent point — will result in the immediate suspension of your Account pending investigation and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of any funds held therein in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on sion88 at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

1. Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification document (KTP or passport).
2. A valid date of birth confirming you are 21 or older.
3. A valid email address that you control and monitor regularly.
4. A mobile phone number registered in your name, to which verification codes may be sent.
5. A bank account in your own name at an approved Indonesian bank (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or other approved institution), for the purpose of processing withdrawals.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. sion88 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. You must notify us immediately at support@sion88.cam if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

sion88 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at our sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a specific reason, subject to the return of any verified real-money balance in accordance with these Terms.

KYC & Identity Verification

sion88 is committed to preventing underage gambling, identity fraud, and money laundering. As part of this commitment, we require all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal request will be processed.

KYC verification requires you to submit clear copies of the following documents:

1. Proof of Identity: A government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National ID card (KTP) or a valid passport.
2. Proof of Age: Your date of birth must be clearly visible on your submitted ID, confirming you are 21 or older.
3. Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking home screen showing your registered name and account number).
4. Additional Documentation: sion88 may request supplementary documents — such as a selfie holding your ID, proof of address, or source of funds declaration — at any time, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until KYC is complete. sion88 targets a KYC review turnaround of 24 hours during standard support hours (WIB, UTC+7). Complex cases may take longer. Submitting falsified, altered, or third-party documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and potential referral to law enforcement.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sion88 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sion88 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

5.1 Deposits

1. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit, though sion88 reserves the right to apply daily or monthly deposit caps at its discretion.
2. Approved deposit channels include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and the following e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
3. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed to the originating account, less any applicable processing fees.
4. sion88 does not charge internal fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply transfer fees — these are your sole responsibility.
5. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within five (5) minutes during standard banking hours. Transfers made outside Indonesian banking hours — or during public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, or Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — may experience delays. Contact support via the email address in Clause 15 if your deposit has not been credited within two (2) hours.

5.2 Withdrawals

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction; larger amounts may be split across multiple transactions at sion88's discretion.
2. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account registered in your own name at an approved Indonesian bank. Withdrawal to a third-party account or to an account in a different name than your registered sion88 profile is not permitted.
3. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 4. Requests submitted by unverified accounts will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
4. Standard withdrawal processing time is within the same business day for requests submitted before 20:00 WIB. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB will be processed on the following business day.
5. sion88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, originate from accounts with atypical betting patterns, or are flagged by our fraud detection systems. Such checks may extend processing time by up to five (5) business days.
6. Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 6. Real-money balances may be withdrawn independently of bonus balances at any time, subject to the minimums stated above and KYC requirements.

Bonuses & Promotions

sion88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out below, as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of ten (10) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower wagering multipliers — always check the individual promotion page.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 50–100%; slots contribute 100% unless stated otherwise; and certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. 3. Bonus Validity Period: Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within seven (7) calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account, unless a different validity period is stated in the specific promotion. Bonus funds that expire before wagering is complete will be forfeited without compensation.
4. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap of Rp 5.000.000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
5. One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
6. Bonus Abuse: sion88 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the accounts of Members who are found to have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, or colluding with other Members.
7. Seasonal Promotions: sion88 may run special promotional campaigns tied to cultural events and sporting seasons, including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), BRI Liga 1 season milestones, and major international tournaments. These are subject to their own terms and are time-limited.

Betting & Game Rules

sion88 offers a range of betting and gaming products, each governed by product-specific rules available within the Platform. The following general principles apply across all products.

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation on the Platform. In the event of a technical failure before confirmation is displayed, the bet is void and any deducted stake will be returned to your Account Balance.
2. Sportsbook: All sports bets — including mix parlay (accumulator bets across multiple matches) and voor bola (Asian handicap lines) — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted at sion88's sole discretion; sion88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
3. Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from the official draw conducted by the relevant pool authority (Singapore, Hongkong, or Sydney). sion88 is not responsible for delays or changes to official draw schedules.
4. Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios. In the event of a connection failure mid-game, the round outcome will be determined in accordance with the studio's own documented game-interruption policy.
5. Slots & RNG Games: All slot and RNG game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators that are independently audited. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes.
6. Void Bets: sion88 reserves the right to declare any bet void in cases of obvious pricing error, data feed failure, event cancellation, or where there is credible evidence of match manipulation.
7. Maximum Winnings: The maximum single-bet payout is Rp 500.000.000 unless a higher limit is explicitly displayed on the specific market. Winnings exceeding this cap will be reduced to the cap amount.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sion88. Engaging in any of the behaviors listed below will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

1. Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing any restriction.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human users.
3. Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities — including but not limited to taking guaranteed-profit positions on mispriced markets. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
4. Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform. sion88 complies with international AML standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
5. Colluding with other Members or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
6. Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name, or facilitating deposits on behalf of a third party.
7. Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity documentation during KYC verification.
8. Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or concealing your true identity or location.

Responsible Gaming

1. Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum of seven (7) days to prevent impulsive decisions. Decreases take effect immediately.
2. Session Time Limits: Members may configure session reminders and automatic logouts after a specified period of continuous play.
3. Cooling-Off Periods: Members may apply a temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, login access is suspended and no deposits or bets may be placed.
4. Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they are no longer able to gamble responsibly may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting sion88 support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of twelve (12) months. sion88 will use reasonable efforts to suppress marketing communications to self-excluded Members.
5. Reality Checks: The Platform may display periodic notifications of time spent in the current session and cumulative losses during that session, to help Members maintain perspective.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sion88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game content, odds data, text, and promotional materials — is the property of sion88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

1. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.
2. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from sion88.
3. Screen-scraping, data mining, or any automated extraction of odds, game data, or user data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data

sion88 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, we collect personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. Limitation of Liability

1. sion88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sion88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
3. sion88's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5. sion88 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: bank system outages, internet service disruptions, government action, natural disasters, or events of force majeure.

Amendments to These Terms

sion88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Members via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. sion88 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it whenever you return to the Platform after an extended absence.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sion88 holds its international operating license. This choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

1. Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact sion88 support and allow us a reasonable opportunity — no less than thirty (30) calendar days — to resolve the matter informally.
2. Formal Arbitration: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized commercial arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
3. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class-action litigation or class-wide arbitration against sion88.
4. Time Limit for Claims: Any claim arising from these Terms must be submitted within twelve (12) months of the date on which you first became aware — or reasonably should have become aware — of the events giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period are permanently barred.
